Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating innovative workspace designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and presenting creative solutions that align with client needs and industry trends. This role requires expertise in graphic design, branding, and spatial design to deliver stunning and functional office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs for office interiors, branding materials, and presentation visuals.
• Create mood boards, design layouts, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure the execution of creative concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to integrate innovative solutions.
• Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials, including brochures and social media assets.
• Ensure that all designs align with the company’s branding and project objectives.
• Present creative proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Work closely with the construction and project management team to ensure the feasibility of designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be a graduate of Industrial Design.
• At least 2 Years of Experience preferrably in the same industry.
• Must be proficient in CAD, Sketchup, Enscape, V-Ray, & Adobe Illustrator.
• Skilled on producing Walkthrough Presentations, Detailing of Joinery and Furniture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• Amenable to work onsite Monday – Friday (flexible time in and out).
