Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage and oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing payments and collections efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and filings, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry accounting standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a Graduate of Accounting/ Accounting Tech/Management Accounting (or related courses).
- Must have least 1-2 Years of Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable (ideally in the same industry, but not required.
- Willing to report onsite, Monday – Friday (flexible time in & out).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can start as soon as possible.
